YWAM missionaries and volunteers have created this missional internship management software to make it easy to manage logistics, orientation, and fundraising for student interns seeking to grow in faith and learn to make a difference. With over 25 years experience directing global internships, we have developed this single platform with a searchable portfolio of missional internship opportunities where students discern their calling, learn to make a difference, and discover their purpose. Where can your skills be helpful? We are seeking volunteers to help with the following projects: 1. Online Course set up. 2. Instructional and How To videos. 3. Podcast engineering. 4. Korean, Portuguese, and French translation. 5. Social Media and Google Ad marketing. 6. Writer for Email campaigns 7. Create presentations for Student Groups, Church Groups, etc. 8. Graphic design for all electronic media. 9. Create and administer fundraising campaigns. Our team consists of ten full time staff, 25 internship coordinators, a dozen or so volunteers, and about 100 partners who have dedicated a portion of their monthly income to support the work of our YWAM Converge team and programs.

We create culture through our weekly meetings for check ins, reporting on big wins and current tasks. During weekly meetings we give personal updates, worship, pray, and discuss major projects or problems to be solved.
We operate as a virtual remote team. We create a work environment through weekly virtual meetings.
If you have a special skill set for software development, writing, video/photography, social media, events, and a number of administrative tasks, and you enjoy working on a remote team coordinating your own schedule for 3 or more hours per week, you may be the right volunteer for this Converge team. We use Zoom for meetings, Trello to collaborate on tasks, and Slack for immediate communications. Sound good to you? Join us.
We ask that you commit to communicate in a timely fashion and complete projects assigned. We will celebrate big and small wins and give virtual high-fives!
