ISEED is an 11 month program that grows your faith and career through hands-on ministry. We train international students to be reproducing disciple-makers wherever God plants you. We offer paid OPT jobs with community living. Our goal is to help you discern and prepare for your life calling. International Friendships Inc is a community organization that works in partnership with universities and Christian volunteers to promote friendship and hospitality for international students, scholars, and their families. Our staff is very international and committed to reaching the world for Jesus through international students.

Columbus is a big city with a small town feel. There are 15 colleges in the area. We have college students from over 100 countries. We have refugees from Somalia, Bhutan and Nepal. It is a great place to learn multi-cultural ministry.
Columbus is the 14th largest city in USA with a diverse international population. It has many ethic neighborhoods with many ethnic food choices. Columbus, Ohio, is particularly known for museums, performing arts, sporting events, seasonal fairs and festivals. It is a white collar town with many bank, insurance, health, logistic and government jobs.
Generally safe city with a few troubled neighborhoods. OK to walk around during the day. Stay out of a few places at night.
Dress code depends on employer. Most are business casual. Expected to come to meetings ontime.
Stay with a host family in a house or with some friends in a rented apartment. Cook your own meals.
