The Board of Directors provides governance, financial oversight and mission accountability for YWAM Student Centre.
Governance responsibilities
- Protect the organization’s charitable mission and legal integrity.
- Provide financial oversight and review organizational priorities.
- Support responsible policies for participants, staff, volunteers and partners.
- Evaluate leadership and strengthen long-term sustainability.
Founders and directors
John and Mary Henry have served with Youth With A Mission since 1985 and helped develop YWAM Student Centre’s university mission work. Board service also draws on YWAM, ministry, community and professional experience.

YWAM Student Centre’s legal organization, UofN Student Mobilization Centre of Youth With A Mission, Inc., has earned the Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency. The public profile provides nonprofit, organizational and accountability information for donors, partners and the wider community.
