The Board of Directors provides governance, financial oversight and mission accountability for YWAM Student Centre.

Governance responsibilities
- Protect the organization’s charitable mission and legal integrity.
- Provide financial oversight and review organizational priorities.
- Support responsible policies for participants, staff, volunteers and partners.
- Evaluate leadership and strengthen long-term sustainability.

Founders and directors
John and Mary Henry have served with Youth With A Mission since 1985 and helped develop the Student Centre’s university mission work. Board service also draws on YWAM, ministry, community and professional experience.
