Mentoring within Converge programs
Mentors may support participants during a Converge Fellowship, WHO I AM Intensive follow-up, campus discipleship or another agreed formation process. The purpose is not to control decisions, but to help participants pray, reflect, grow in character and follow through faithfully.

Calling and vocation
Discernment about studies, work, gifts, responsibilities and opportunities to serve.
Integration
Regular conversation that connects learning and ministry experience with life after the program.

Local mentoring near Stockton University
Haven House Christian Study Center coordinates its own local mentorship pathway for Stockton University students. Haven House is connected to YWAM Converge through shared history and relationships, while operating with its own local identity and website.
